Overview
AngelHack’s Global Hackathon Series spanned seven cities across a year-long timeline. I led and coordinated the global video production strategy, working with videographers in each city to deliver fast turnaround edits based on a creative framework. To ensure consistent and timely delivery across time zones, I conducted briefing sessions, directed key content capture, and coordinated the editing process with pre-planned timelines, enabling rush edits to be completed within the hour.
